Important Notice (Updated March 6, 2022)

We are pleased to welcome you to our Church services and Sunday School.  We continue to broadcast each Sunday service and Wednesday meeting by Zoom, for those who would like to listen remotely, and to abide by state and local requirements for in-person meetings.  Connection information for both services remains the same and is shown below, for audio broadcasts. (No video is broadcast for in-person services, so participants may listen but are asked to keep microphones on "mute" since we are unable to include testimonies from those dialing in by phone or using zoom online.)

Live Church and Sunday School:

When attending Church or Sunday school in-person, we must abide by Los Angeles County regulations, so please note the following.

  • Face masks must be worn when on church property for services.

  • Social distancing of six feet should be maintained when entering, sitting and leaving church services.

  • Doors and windows in the Church and SS will be open during the service to enhance ventilation so dress warmly.

  • Contribution baskets will be on two tables by each auditorium door, rather than being passed during the service.

  • Quarterlies may be picked up from these tables when entering the Church and can be returned there afterwards.

  • Child care will be available, but please let the Clerk know in advance if you have a need for child care.

  • After the service, we want to avoid congregating in the Church and Sunday School auditoriums and lobbies.  Please exit immediately, and you may congregate on the patio or in the parking lot.  Please try to be respectful of social distancing.

Please join us and invite others who may benefit from the healing messages of our Pastor--The Holy Bible and Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, by Mary Baker Eddy.

Sunday Service

Sundays 10:00 am

All are Welcome!  Each week’s Bible Lesson, read during the service, explores a topic of relevance and importance to daily living.  Comfort, healing and inspiration from The Holy Bible are brought together with correlative ideas from Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, by Mary Baker Eddy, to provide practical guidance for everyday challenges. This same lesson is available for individual study at our Reading Room, and online, during the week prior to
each service.

Wednesday Service

Wednesday Evenings 7:30 pm

A mid-week visit with our pastor, sharing our gratitude. At Wednesday Evening meetings we again hear from our pastor—readings from the Bible and Science and Health. Participants have an opportunity to share gratitude for God's blessings, to tell of and learn about healings through reliance on prayer, and to join together in singing hymns.

Listen to a recent Wednesday service using the audio replay controls below.

Sunday School

Sundays 10:00 am

Our Sunday School, open to all students up to the age of 20, provides a place for children and young adults to learn in small groups about the Bible, God's care for them, the teachings of Christ Jesus, and the writings of Mary Baker Eddy.

Sunday School meets during our church services, at 10:00 am for approximately one hour, every Sunday. Child care is provided for very young children during all church services.

More about our Sunday Church Services:

The weekly Bible Lessons offer ideas and inspiration that comfort, heal, and lead to a deeper understanding of God’s goodness. Each Sunday service lasts about an hour and includes:

• Music and hymn singing

• Brief announcements about upcoming events

• A short Responsive Reading read by the congregation from the Bible

• Reading of the weekly Christian Science Bible Lesson, from the King James Version of The Holy Bible and from Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, by Mary Baker Eddy.  This is the same lesson you can read or listen to in our Reading Room or online.

Wednesday testimony meetings and audio replay:

Each week a layperson from the church (the current First Reader or substitute) prepares thoughtful readings on a topic of current interest to share with the congregation during the Wednesday evening meetings.  As with Sunday services, this lesson is read from our "pastor", the Holy Bible (King James version) and Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, by Mary Baker Eddy.  The Wednesday meeting at 7:30pm lasts an hour and includes time for the following.

• Music and hymn singing

• Listening to the readings mentioned above (usually about 15-20 minutes in length)

• Brief announcements about upcoming events

• Time for individuals in the congregation to share gratitude and testimonies of healing, and for quiet reflection in prayer.

You may listen to recent meetings (readings and hymns) by clicking the "play" button (triangle) on any audio recording below.  Volume can be adjusted using the speaker controls on each recording (lower right corner) or by changing the volume on your device.  Available recordings are posted temporarily until replaced by a more recent one.
